The Firm
ME Hloka Attorneys is a dynamic, black woman-owned law firm established in year 2020 by sole proprietor, Morongwa Eunice Hloka, with offices in Lephalale, Limpopo. The firm offers effective, and creative, legal services to meet the distinct needs of each client and prioritises resolving their cases.
The Director
The founder of this legal practice, Mrs Morongwa Eunice Hloka, completed a Diploma in Legal Assistance with Tshwane University of Technology in 2010, and LLB studies with the University of South Africa in 2015.
Mrs Hloka joined Chueu Incorporated in 2013 as a paralegal. She served her articles of clerkship in 2016 with the firm and was admitted as an attorney in 2017.
She was thereafter appointed as a Professional Assistant, and later promoted to an associate, until she resigned from the firm in 2020 to establish ME Hloka Attorneys.
